NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Dated Aizawl, the 27^th July, 2018

No.1025/1/18 E-in-C(PD)/7 : The  Engineer-in-Chief, Power & Electricity Department, Govt. of  Mizoram, on behalf of Governor of Mizoram, invites sealed tenders in duplicate from reputed manufacturers or their authorized dealer for Design, Manufacture, Supply, testing and commissioning of 1no of 6.3MVA, 132/33kV Power Transformer at Bairabi 132kV Sub-Station. Details may be had from Design & Monitoring Branch office of the Engineer-in-Chief (P&E) on any working day from the date of issue of this notice till dt.04.09.2018 on payment of Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) in the shape of Demand Draft only, in favour of “Engineer-in-Chief, Power & Electricity Department, Mizoram” and payable at SBI, Dawrpui Branch, Aizawl, Mizoram only. Tender bids will be received upto 1300 hrs on dt.05.09.2018 and will be opened at 1400 hrs on the same date. Details are also available at www.tender.mizoram.gov.in.

Bill in triplicate enclosing copy of the advertisement tear sheet may be submitted to the undersigned for making payment.

4.  The Principal Informatics Officer, Department of Information Communication Technology, Govt. of Mizoram with a soft copy of the NIT with a request to post in the Official website.

5. All Chief Engineers under Power & Electricity Department for information and wide circulation.

6.  All Superintending Engineers under Power & Electricity Department for information and wide circulation.
