IN-RESPECT OF

 

AGGREGATE REVENUE REQUIREMENT FOR TARIFF PETITION FOR FY 2019-20 FILED BY P&ED, GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM WITH JOINT ELECTRICITY REGULATORY COMISSION MANIPUR & MIZORAM

 

1.                  Notice is hereby given to all consumers and stakeholders that the P&ED, Government of Mizoram a deemed licensee engaged in the distribution and retail sale of electricity has filed before the JERC for M & M, Aizawl, the Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) for and Tariff application for FY 2019-20 for  distribution and retail sale of electricity under section 62 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and JERC for M & M MYT Regulations, 2014.

 

The Commission admitted the Petition of P&ED and registered the Petition vide Petition No. 3 of 2019.
